House Rules & Info:

Wesley Park:

During your stay: The park is public land, so neighbors (and leashed dogs) may walk through. Please leave personal items like bicycles, beach chairs, etc. only on the side deck or porch.

Gatherings & Parties:

A maximum of (8) overnight guests are allowed. You may have day visitors to the house during your visit; loud parties and/or large gatherings are prohibited, and may result in an immediate end to your booking.

Quiet hours:

Please be mindful of the neighborhood, and keep quiet hours from 10:00pm until 8:00am (no loud music, conversation, etc.). If you are experiencing disruptions from any neighbors during quiet hours, we suggest speaking directly to people, or if needed, contacting the local police.

Parking:

The house has two parking spots close to the right side entrance of the house, at the top of the driveway by the trees and side entrance. Because a majority of the property is East Chop Association land (Wesley Park), parking in the driveway outside of the two parking spaces is prohibited. If additional parking is needed, please park on John Wesley Avenue or Massachusetts Avenue, and walk up the driveway.

Pets:

Pets are prohibited. Evidence of pets will result in an end to your booking.
